Disconnect an Integration

Manage your connected accounts and revoke access at any time.

You can disconnect any third-party service (QuickBooks Online, Google, Slack, etc.) from Cynthia at any time. Disconnecting immediately revokes our access to that service.

How to Disconnect

Option 1: Message Cynthia directly

Send Cynthia a message on WhatsApp or iMessage saying "disconnect my QuickBooks account" (or whichever service you'd like to disconnect). Cynthia will revoke the connection immediately and confirm.

Option 2: Contact support

Email cynthia@cynthiaconcierge.com with your request. We will process disconnections within 24 hours.

What Happens When You Disconnect

  1. OAuth access tokens for the disconnected service are immediately revoked and discarded
  2. We stop accessing any data from that service
  3. Cached data from that service is purged within 30 days
  4. Your account on the third-party service is not affected — only our access is removed

You can reconnect at any time by requesting a new authorization link from Cynthia.

Disconnect from Intuit's Side

You can also revoke Cynthia's access directly from your Intuit account:

  1. Sign in to your account at accounts.intuit.com
  2. Go to Privacy & Security
  3. Find Cynthia Concierge in the list of connected apps
  4. Click Revoke Access
